The location was excellent, close to both the university and the city center. the house was warm, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. the smart TV allowed access to our own streaming accounts. the kitchen and dining facilities were great. the host was very helpful when we needed assistance.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The property is stunning, impeccably clean, and the beds are so comfortable. The location is great, with easy on-street parking right outside. The owner's communication was superb, and they even allowed us an early check-in. The shower is excellent, and the house is beautifully decorated with a lovely courtyard garden. It's conveniently located between the university and the city center, making it perfect for our needs. Plus, we enjoyed the free wi-fi, flat-screen TV, and the fact that pets are allowed. We also appreciated the warm and cozy atmosphere during the cold weather. The kitchen and dining facilities were top-notch, and the host was incredibly helpful when we needed assistance. The lounge might be smaller than it looks in the photos, but it's still very cozy for a group of 3 to 4 people. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

The stairs were very steep and could be a challenge for those with mobility issues. Some internal doors felt flimsy and didn't close fully.

I had a wonderful stay at Country File in York. The location was excellent, with convenient parking right in front of the villa. The kitchen and living area were lovely, and I especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, making for a refreshing experience.

The nearest airport was conveniently far away, so I could enjoy the peace and quiet. The washing machine was a godsend, especially after all the "accidental" spills I had.

Oh, how I loved struggling with the steep stairs! So much fun, especially when trying to carry my luggage.

Loved using the washing machine, made me feel like a true domestic goddess. And the location was amazing, so close to the Royal Hall Theatre and Harrogate International Centre.if only I had time to visit them!

Oh, what a shame that the airport isn't right next door, it would have been so convenient for my private jet.
